30-Day Return Policy


NO HASSLE RETURN:

If you decide to return your tablet for any reason anytime within the thirty (30) day period immediately following your ship date, you may email us or send a request through our online support page (www.intouchtablets.com/support).  We will send you a Return Authorization number that you must include inside your return or if you have a printer, simply copy the email and include in the package.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN:

  • Request a return within 30-days from shipping date of your tablet.

  • We must receive the return within 14 days from the date of the Return Authorization.

  • The tablet, original inner packing materials, gift box and all components must be in original condition and free from markings, scratches or other damage.

  • Insert all of the inner packaging in an outer packing box, (the post office supplies free Flat Rate Priority boxes for this purpose), and pack all with newsprint or other material to add protection from shock during shipment.

  • All shipping costs including any insurance are your responsibility.

  • Upon receipt of your tablet we will refund the total original product amount you paid LESS A 20% RETURN FEE-
    depending on condition on the unit, internal packaging and all accessory components.

    (Note: this fee is not designed to be punitive, but is a shared expense since we must broker out all used tablets
    at a substantial discount.)

  • If there is damage to the tablet either from shipping or otherwise, or missing components or accessories, we will notify you with details before we process your refund.

AS A NOTE:  We have no intention to quibble over returns.  If it doesn't fit your needs or work for you in any way, we will accept your decision with no questions asked - yet saddened to see you go.
